Supporting Your AuDHD Child: From Understanding to Empowering
A 3-part online course for parents and carers.
This is for parents with children at any stage of their AuDHD journey. No formal diagnosis is required.
This practical, strengths-based course shifts the lens to one of curiosity, collaboration and compassion.
Across three interactive online sessions, we'll explore what helps AuDHD children feel safe, understood, capable and in control, and how small changes to the environment can make a big difference.
The goal isn't to make your child fit the world. It's to work with them to create a world in which they can thrive.
Session 1 — Understand your Child
Explore AuDHD through a strengths-based lens. recognise individual strengths and needs, and develop a curious approach to understanding what your child is communicating.
Session 2 — Change the Environment
Explore home, school and community environments. Identify barriers and develop practical environmental adjustments.
Session 3 — Build Agency Together
Learn how to collaborate with your child, increase meaningful choice and build confidence, connection and self-advocacy.
